Wholesale Returns and Exchanges:
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, or if you've received an item that is defective, please reach out to us. Zig Zag Asian Collection will not accept returns without prior notification.
- Returns of defective or damaged merchandise must be received by us within 14 days of the original shipping date. Immediate inspection of merchandise is advised. Contact us by phone or e-mail prior to return.
- Return shipping of non-defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, returning non-damaged preordered merchandise will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- We do not accept any returns of sale items.
- Zig Zag does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.
- A 30% cancellation fee is applied to all wholesale preorders cancelled or reduced after 14 days from the order date.
- Cancellation after goods have been shipped will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Please note, most of our merchandise is hand made and may vary from the pictures on the website. Variations in hand made products do not constitute defects. Since every item is unique, you may make notes on a color preference in checkout.
