Online Retail Returns and Exchanges:
- Please contact us if you plan to make a return.
- If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, or if you've received an item that is defective, please reach out to us. Returns must be received by us within 21 days of the original shipping date. Once we receive the returned goods, we will send you a replacement. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender; though we will replace your item for free one time only. Zig Zag does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them. Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
- Please note that most of our merchandise is hand made and may vary from the pictures on the website. Variations in hand made products do not constitute defects. Since every item is unique, you may make notes on a color preference in checkout.
- Sale items are not eligible for a return or refund, and they are final sale.
- Please ship back to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method, with the original invoice number, and indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item of if you would like to return it all together.
